Application Process
Lake Ridge Academy requires an application, two teacher recommendations, and school records. We will then schedule a virtual shadow day and faculty interview, and in-person admission testing prior to rendering an admission decision.

Tuition & Tuition Assistance
Yes, there is a tuition, along with tuition assistance.
At Lake Ridge Academy, we understand that every family’s financial picture is unique. We offer a need-based tuition assistance program called Family Individualized Tuition or FIT. This program determines an individualized tuition for your child(ren) based upon your family's specific financial circumstances and ability to pay. We encourage any family interested in receiving financial assistance to apply for FIT. In general, FIT can reduce tuition up to 60% of the maximum published tuition and can be combined with any of our scholarships available to qualifying students in grades 6-12.

Academic Program/Extracurricular Activities
Upper School students who are passionately interested in scientific research, engineering, fine arts, or global affairs can opt to participate in one of the graduation certificate programs related to our Centers of Excellence. The multi-year programs provide intensive, college-level academic experiences under the support and guidance of faculty and mentors, while giving them an invaluable glimpse at what a future career in the field could entail. Each program culminates in a review of their work, either through a thesis defense, final presentation or artistic review to complete their work and achieve the graduation certificate.

100% of students attend a 4 year university or trade school after graduation.
