Field Technician (Technology Department)

The Field Technician provides technical support to a large, varied user group and assist with a variety of technical projects as needed. The Field Technician installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots all computer hardware and software, projectors, Smart Boards, scanners, printers, and various peripherals, wired and wireless connections and devices and processes warranty information and repair work with associated documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science, programming or related field, or substantial experience with Windows based computers, software and networking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to educate users as well as provide straight technical support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Experience with installation, maintenance and support of a large fleet / user base.
  • Experience with a wide variety of hardware and software, as typically used in an education environment.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, maintain the confidentiality of privileged information and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to consistently follow protocol and instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently, and with a team.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation, travel between sites is required.

Building Administrator

The Building Administrator assists the Principal in effectively directing the school’s educational program and maximizing student learning experiences that foster academic excellence and character development. The Building Administrator assists the Principal in establishing a framework for involving the entire school community in developing and supporting shared beliefs, values, mission and goals for the school and establishes and maintains effective relationships with parents/guardians; ODE; local elected and civic leaders; and the community at large.

Principal license required (High School preferred), Masters Degree preferred. Five to seven years teaching experience preferred. OTES credentialed. Grades 7-12. Experience in administration or leadership role required.
