About Parma Community Middle

Parma Community Elementary, Middle & High is a charter school that educates students in grades K-12.  Parma Community Middle, located at 5983 West 54th Street in Parma, Ohio educates students in grades 4-8.  Our charter with the state of Ohio limits us to smaller class sizes, usually no more than twenty students per class and no more than four classes per grade level.  Why should you choose our school to educate your most precious commodity?

First, we are small enough to provide your child with all of the individual attention that they require on a day to day basis.  Secondly, we require school uniforms and teach family values through our character education curriculum.  Third, our staff of highly qualified teachers (who are all licensed under the Ohio Department of Education) will provide the type of role models that your children deserve.

In addition, we offer a number of extra curricular activities based on the interests of our students, which include Spanish and basketball to name just a few.  Our parent support organization (Friends Group) holds a variety of activities throughout the year including Family Night activities that provide time with your child and other families of Parma Community Middle.

Our school curriculum also offers computers, music and physical education in addition to all academic subjects.  Our students are prepared to take the State of Ohio mandated achievement tests.  We also help prepare students to become good citizens by incorporating character education into our already rigorous curriculum.  In short, we are preparing students to become caring and loving teenagers who will eventually become the adult leaders of our communities in the future.

Please call and schedule an appointment to tour our school and see us up close. Simply phone us at 440-845-2587 and Mrs. Geyer, our Principal, will be very happy to take you on a tour of our facility and to answer any of your questions.
